I would like to take the opportunity to commend the entire HVAC Team who did an outstanding job to include–the 3 men who installed the HVAC system and Bryan who installed the electrical panel. They were all professional, efficient and skillful. Bryan surprised me when he completed his job so promptly and my electricity was back on in a timely fashion. I was in awe when I saw the completion of the HVAC system, not to mention there was no mess or residue left behind. This was such a blessing to me to have been a part of this Energy Rebate Program, and received this new equipment and to experience such excellent service. Thank you all for a job well done.

Always great service! They don’t recommend unnecessary services or repairs. We’ve been a happy customer for over 20 years (when it was Abetter) and are on our second HVAC system with them (the first lasted 18 years).

The technician arrived on time and explained the issue with my heating system. The repair was done efficiently and quickly. They also recommended getting maintenance done regularly to avoid any further issues with my system and keep it running smoothly. The supervisor came back out out to insure things where done right. They met a need that I had for several years. Leading up to the actual installation of our HVAC, the staff communicated with us to explain everything that would take place. On the day of the installation, the technicians arrived on time and had a clear command of their task. We were very pleased with the outcome. After the installation another technician came to verify everything was in order and shared we should have no issues just warmth.

We had major problems with our zone board and dampers. A tech came out on Monday and by Thursday our problems were solved. Rob did a great job figuring out what was wrong with our main damper. He got on the phone with other techs and figured out a way to solve the problem at no cost to us! It took him a lot of effort to implement the solution, but he stuck with it and now our house is heating evenly throughout – for the first time in 20 years!

I know that normally the managers and techs are the ones to always get the praise, but in this case, I want the praise to go to Donna. The service starts with her… She schedules you for an appointment on a day convenient for you and she always keeps you calm even in a heat or cool event. And any issues that need to be resolved, she is the one to make sure they are addressed. I do appreciate what the techs do to make sure that we are cool but it all starts with that first phone call to the office and a very friendly voice on the other end assuring you that they will take great care of you.. This is the second time we have used this company and they are very professional, have demonstrated integrity each time, and technicians were very friendly.
